Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is a very big deal when it comes to staging your home. This is the first thing most potential buyers notice when their pulling down the street.
Park cars away from the driveway and front of the house to provide a clear view of the home.
Remove any lawn debris, toys, trash cans, and pet droppings.
Keep garage doors down and leave the front door wide open.
Set up emotional connection points like a bench with cozy pillows or a dining room table with settings.

Inside Your Home
Be sure to do a once over and put away any items that shouldn't be left out, like toys and clothes.
Ensure the home is well lit - turn on all lights and light candles in safe areas when the realtor is present.
